My first two preferred go-to ticket offices are Patrick SFB and Camp Pendleton. They have earned a strong reputation for being friendly, fast, and efficient. If they carry the ticket you need, they are often excellent options.

Patrick SFB ITT

Patrick SFB ITT is one of the easiest and fastest long-distance options. Go to the Patrick SFB ITT Page and click on Order By Phone.

Patrick has been a favorite option for many military families because they are often able to provide ticket numbers quickly after payment, while still sending the hard tickets by FedEx shortly after. That can make a real difference if you want to link tickets or finalize plans quickly.

They typically charge a $10 FedEx fee.

Camp Pendleton

The Camp Pendleton ITT can take your order over the phone and send your tickets to you.

They are known for carrying a broad range of Disney tickets, but they are also one of the military offices many families think of first when they need long-distance ticket assistance. If you are considering them, call first to confirm exactly which Universal Orlando military tickets they currently offer and how quickly they can fulfill the order.

There is typically a $10 FedEx fee, and payment can be made by credit card.

They may need extra lead time if a specific ticket type must be ordered, so it is wise to start early. Their listed hours are Mon-Sat: 8:30am-6:30pm Pacific Time.

You should also allow plenty of time for the transaction to be completed. Depending on volume and the back-and-forth communication process, it can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks.

Shades of Green will then call you for your payment information, it could take a day to three weeks for them to call!

After payment they will email you your ticket numbers.

If you need tickets that other offices do not carry, Shades of Green can still be very useful. But if speed is your top priority, Patrick SFB or another faster office may be the better first try.

The Orlando ITT has earned praise for fast service and can be a strong option for military families who need tickets remotely.

NAS Corpus Christi can handle long-distance sales by email. Contact them at [email protected] and they will send you the required forms.

They have a $12 FedEx fee. Reported office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only from 0830-1630, closed from 1300-1400.
